Swan Lamp

Swan Lamp | 2022

In this project, I explored the relationship between light, paint, and plastic to create a lamp. The swans replicate the shape of the doilies as well as letting light pass through the plastic easier to create a heart shaped projection. The chosen subject for this lamp is swans, which beautifully replicate the heart shaped of the lamp and allow light to leak through the plastic, resulting in fascinating heart-shaped projections.

The interplay of light and design creates captivating visual effects, transforming the lamps into mesmerizing art pieces that not only serve as functional light sources but also add spectacle to any space it sits.
